Your two Vatican "coins" are actually Papal Medals of Pope Gregory XVI. The first is Mazio-Jencius 608 (Year 1), and the second is Mazio-Jencius 613 (The medal for the Pope's possessio of his cathedral church, the Lateran Basilica).l
Here are some more medals of that pope, who was lucky enough to have both Cerbara and Girometti to engrave his medals:
