It was a great honor to attend sung High Mass here on Sunday.Such a lovely community! Nicest clergy and parishioners one could hope for. And such beautiful liturgy.
On April 15 they will be received into full communion with the Catholic Church.

ReplyDeleteWas it under Edward VI the new rite for conferring Holy Orders was publicly introduced? Where it is said the true Sacrament of Order as instituted by Christ lapsed, and with it the hierarchical succession?
I would take their stylized Elizabethan Early Modern English over the banal Novus Ordo translation any day.
