The Venetians made this for Papa Sarto, their former Patriarch, just after he was elected to the Throne of Blessed Peter the Apostle.

Gorgeous polychrome silk embroidery; a pity the Venetians no longer make these. Pray and fast for a return to quality craftsmanship.
