From Rome: the Requiem Mass

One word: sacred.

Teach your kids what this word means.

When the sacred became uncool in the sixties this rite became uncool.  But times have changed, per fortuna.

Take your kids to Holy Mass in the Gregorian rite as my mother did when I was a kid and they will see the sacred.

No Cranmer table here and no crypto-Protestant music either.

  1. I'm assuming the images you are showing are of licit masses celebrated in accordance with the Holy Father's motu proprio re the Tridentine mass. I had no idea it had become so prevalent in Rome itself! Good to see good Latin Rite liturgy being celebrated again! (Thankfully we eatern Catholics were unaffected by Vatican II's liturgical changes!) Deacon Bohdan
