American Barbecue in Italy: How It's Done

This photo was taken today on our balcony.

Easy to bbq: just get rib spuntature.

At a Rome Castroni or Elite get original salsa barbecue from Amercia.

At the Angelicum garden there are odori per arrosti (rosemary, sage, etc.).
