1920s Altar Boy Today At Age 90

This is my grandfather who was born in 1919 into this parish, the Cathedral of Saint Paul.  He was a WWII pilot, had twelve children and twice made a pilgrimage to Rome.
Under the reign of Archbishop Austin Dowling my grandfather was a student at Cathedral School and became an altar server in the Cathedral parish, this very same church.
He still goes to church here.  As an eywewitness he is thought by the family to be the most historical parishioner still involved in the parish.
An inspiration.
All glory and honor and praise to Almighty God.
