Good news, we are expecting.This is our second ultrasound, taken on Maundy Thursday. The first was taken March 2, the birthday of Venerable Pius XII, of happy memory.
Seeing your child for the first time in realtime ultrasound is a heart-stopping jolt, a warm suffusion of hope and pride.
The first thing we noticed was our baby jumping up and down. Such a thrill. This image was captured just over two months from conception.
With ultrasound, man has floodlit the mother ship and the alien is pined in its blaze. Blessed be the name of the Lord for this wonderful technology; may it always be used only to preserve and foster human life. Such a pro-life witness.
