I'm just now reading a book of his writings and essays, "A Bishop Speaks", which is giving me such an interesting look into what went on at VII. I also wholeheartedly recommend another book written by him, "Open Letter to Confused Catholics".
It is in commemoration of the proclamation of the dogma of the Assumption of Our Lady in 1950 at the entrance of the atrium of the Basilica on the inner sides of the arches, just after the gates.
