As a loquacious and verbose Latin Catholic, I might say, "faustum felicem salubrem atque sanctum annum inneuntem tibi / vobis ex imo corde precor, Deo omnia bona opitulante.
I prefer Felicem Annum Novum because 4 of the 5 major Romance languages (all but French) & minor ones too all use that so it must have been a very common vernacular
I'd rather say: Felicem Annum Novum (tibi exopto).
