Sorry John; but no. Dismounted, except for very formal parades, cavalry breeches and boots look silly - and they're certainly entirely impractical for walking about in, particularly on cobbles ! All that is needed to make these unforms look absolutely right is to change the cavalry sword slings for infantry ones.
