If he was sick,or had other committments, that's legit. If he caved in to liberal pressure not to officiate to give a stamp of approval, that's very cowardly on his part.

Team 'Ecclesia Dei' was well represented with Rev.do Almiro De Andrade as Deacon and Fr. Mark Withoos as Subdeacon, both officials of 'Ecclesia Dei' - and naturally Fr. Nuara omnipresent, here seen assisting Cardinal Bartolucci il Grande.

Who are the three bishops? The one on the left looks like Athanasius Schneider to me.

the monsignors with ferrioli are protonotaries as they have the right to purple ferriola...Prelates of Honour do not.
