Catholic Culture: Gorgeous Antique Vestments



Priests for over 300 years have been wearing this sacred vestment.  Today it is in mint condition. 

From the 1600s, likely Czech Republic.

Remember that sacred vestments are blessed objects.  Made to last the ages.  Of the highest quality.  For the King.  The best we can give God.

    Not if it was made in the seventeenth century it isn't.

    What a great vestment!!!! Is it is a simple set or part of a solemn set?

    It's part of a solemn set, which is in really fine condition, but I think the maniples are missing.
