Oratorians wear no pom-pom on the black biretta, though the classic cong. orat, biretta flares more dramatically from the opening to the brim. In fact, for a scary moment, I thought this was a photo of myself a few years ago when I was an Oratorian. The likeness is remarkable; it could be my twin brother (if I had one).
Where do you get one. I bought my biretta in Rome and it has a pom pom
