Born in Malta he studied at Oxford and the Angelicum and was ordained priest in Piazza Navona in 1953.
Fr. Zerafa is one of the most liked professors at Rome's Dominican University, the Angelicum. Each year he leads a group of his students to Florence and everybody has a great time.
An accomplished artist himself, Fr. Zerafa is a true Renaissance man with a doctorate in social sciences he was director of museums in Malta, professor for many years of art history and continues today as an artist creating varied works of art which are of a terrific degree of excellence.
