Everybody has their favorite places to eat in Rome, and sometimes for a variety of reasons.
For this reason I rarely give Roman dining advice.
However, this is a fine place, located in Trastevere. It is lovely to dine in the back garden on a hot summer night.
The guy in charge is very nice and his name is Julius. Here is the bust of his mentor, sitting above the mantle.
