Communion Rail: With Kneeling Pad and Cloth
This is how the linen cloth is attached to the inside of the rail.
For Communion time the altar servers lift the veil to cover the rail. After Communion, they drop it back down.
Communicants fold their hands under the cloth.
Seen in Pairs, France.
