How to Deisgn an Antipendium




A fine example and model design.

Simply staple the damask to a wood frame.  Fabric glue the trim according to this pattern.

    Pity S Maria Maggiore doesn't have its own coat of arms. Putting text on a shield is a bit tacky. But maybe it does, and it wasn't used in this case for some reason.

    St Peter's uses, afaik, the two keys -- but vertically, not crossed.
