Monsignor Richard Schuler often said, "The people have a right to the liturgy as the Church has given it to us."The beneficial effect of liturgy according to the mind of the Church can hardly be estimated.
It is the province of the Church to safeguard good liturgy and to give us the liturgy as She wishes for us.
