I think that the green of the chasuble is fine, but the green of the pontifical dalmatic is a bit garish, especially in contrast.

Do you know the name of the Emcee in this mass? I think he's probably someone from the Vatican as I also saw him in Cardinal Burke's mass.

His name is Msgr. Agostini of the Office of Papal Liturgical Celebrations. He is a master of ceremony for the Holy Father.
