Catholic Culture: Golden Flowers in Sanctuary Seen in Havana Cathedral

This is frequently seen in Catholic countries.  Often seen in Rome.  A laudable custom.

  1. Known as the «ramillette» in the Philippines. This is the usual substitute for natural flowers for altars in the tropics, and frequently doubles as a candlestick. In my country this is still produced in great quantities for churches that want their use.
