The Naniboujou Lodge

Lots of childhood memories.

Gorgeous sunny days spent here on the way to Canada on Lake Superior.

A lovely old 1920s resort with perfect historical ambiance.

You dine in the great hall which is brilliantly decorated with Cree Indian designs.

A great place to hide for a much needed rest: http://www.naniboujou.com/.

What is possible in architecture is determined by the extent of human competence.  The whole architecture of this place speaks the language of  rest and it has been conveyed wonderfully.
