This at least the 3rd Franciscan Order of nuns I've seen you post that still wears the "old" traditional habits! Probably a little Italian congregation of sisters.
God bless them for remaining faithful, unlike so many others which have discarded the holy habits in favor of either short grey/black/brown dresses and shoulder length veils....or worst of all....secular clothes.
The secular nuns are all very aged, and dying out. Both in the USA and world wide congregations.
Hopefully, Orders such as the good sister depicted have at least sufficient (and perhaps many) vocations to continue their good work.
