I hope the Pope honors him with the red hat this time around. Also, I hope (not very likely) that Benedict XVI does away with Paul VI's ill-concieved mandate that did away with the Cardinalatial vesture and cappa magnas and the traditional "red hat", the gallero....and restores them.
