I have defended the Venerable Pius XII all my life and have studied deeply the false and ill-informed attacks on him with regard to the Jews. The attackers simply ignore the mass of written evidence in his favour because it doesn't make good headlines and sell books. However, I must also state that I am homosexual and thank God dayly for my god-given seaxuality. Therefore my excitement at finding this film clip was diminished by its attack on the gay community. I continue, as I have done since October 1958 to pray for (and to) Pope Pius XII and truly long for the day of his Beatification. However I fear that I may not live long enough to see it.
Pope Pius XII is a saint who defended the Jews. People against him do not wish to sell book. Rather, the motive of those who hate P XII is a compulsion from hell. Prayers to the powerful Pope might allow the ignorant to see that homosexuality is an artificial (not natural) compulsion and can be healed (which is what most gay people want). Take the challenge and pray to P XII.
